Are you open on the weeekends?
Our office and warehouse are closed on weekends. However, our team still actively performs jobs on-site throughout the weekend. For any inquiries or to reach our team, please contact us during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
What is your reservation process?
To submit a reservation, call or submit a quote request. Availability will be confirmed. A detailed quote will then be sent via GoodShuffle. The system will guide you through signing and payment.

How do I know you will have a specific color linen?
For real-time availability of specific linen colors, it is recommended to contact the team, directly, at 757-428-5987. The team will be delighted to confirm if the colors are available and discuss potential alternatives or ordering options.
How far in advance should I book?
Booking services as soon as possible is recommended to secure the preferred date and time. For larger or more complex orders, reserving a spot at least one year in advance is advised due to high demand and limited availability.
How much time do I have to confirm my reservation after I receive a quote?
All of our quotes include an expiration date, which is visible on the quote itself. A reservation is uncomfirmed until a 50% deposit and a signed copy of the quote is received. Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, and spots cannot be held without the required deposit and signed quote. Confirm the reservation as soon as possible, especially during peak seasons.

How do I know if my rental is confirmed?
Rental reservations are confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit and a signed quote.
Can I pay online?
Online payments are accepted through GoodShuffle, a secure and convenient online payment portal. A personalized link will be sent via email, where the quote can be reviewed, signed, and paid without account registration.

Is there a wait list?
While there is no wait list, booking services as soon as possible is highly encouraged to ensure availability.
​Are services offered for wedding events?
Our equipment is frequently used for events held outdoors at the oceanfront and various other venues, including sporting events and company ceremonies. Although this demonstrates the versatility and durability of our items, their exposure to outdoor elements can result in some wear and tear. To ensure your wedding day has a truly pristine look, we recommend exploring rental companies specializing in equipment specific to weddings.
Do you rent dance floors?
While dance floor rentals are not directly provided, assistance with recommendations for trusted local vendors specializing in dance floor installations is available.

Do you rent cookware or catering equipment?
Rental services for cookware or catering equipment are not currently offered. However, recommendations for trusted local partners can be provided to assist with the needs of your event.
Do you rent inflatables?
Inflatable rentals are not offered as a service at this time.
