Equipment for Rent
At Perfect Event Rentals, we do our best to assist with any and all events that we receive. As a company, we always have our warehouse stocked with tents, tables, chairs, staging, carpeting, linens, etc. Available for any occasion! Every event is different and we are here to help you in every way we can.
We have had many years of experience assembling tents. We assess the designated placement area of your tent to ensure there are no possible safety hazards. Additionally, we can conduct CAD drawings, on CAD software. For those who want a complete setup (tent, tables, chairs, and linens) we provide a layout for the placement of items.
These are done via e-mails, phone calls or establishing one-on-one meetings with clientele. We do our best to ensure that every need or want for your event is met with punctuality and impeccable customer service on our side.
Linens and tables can be a main staple at any event. We have various colors for tablecloths, table runners, overlays, and napkins.
All of our tablecloths are standard polyester. Other materials available upon request. If you have a color preference that is not currently in our inventory, we can arrange a specialty order for you. We are always happy to help you in every way that we can!

Customer is responsible for a signed contract and a deposit to reserve equipment fully. A signed contract along with a 50% deposit confirms the reservation.
Equipment pricing is based on the available inventory at all times and PER is not held responsible for notifying customers (with no deposit on file) if availability of equipment changes.
PER accepts checks, MasterCard, VISA, and American Express charge cards. Payments made with charge cards are subject to a 3.5% convenience fee. Final payments are due seven days prior to the day of the event. All deposits are non-refundable. If an event is cancelled within seven days of set-up, it will be held as an in-house credit.
Delivery/Set-up Guidelines: Pricing online does not reflect cost of delivery. Delivery charge quotes will be based on drop off locations being easily accessible to delivery crews (i.e., first floor, load-in ramps, practical parking for larger equipment trucks, etc.). Deliveries may incur additional fees for event times outside of normal business hours, same day deliveries, or even strictly scheduled periods.
